Fan Stamp began with a personal need: make it easier to plan a gameday visit and keep track of stadiums visited over time. A useful trip guide needs more than capacity and an address. Fans also need parking information, places to eat, and reasons to explore the surrounding town.
The product connects those practical guides with a map, road-trip planner, and personal passport. Visitors can discover a venue, plan how to get there, and stamp it after their visit.
One product, two modes
The Postmark design gives the product a visual language drawn from passports and travel ephemera. Light editorial pages make long venue guides easier to read. Darker tracker and map surfaces keep attention on filtering, collecting, and planning.
The redesign preserves the guide content, internal links, and structured information that help people find the product through search. The visual system supports both a quick check on a phone and a longer planning session.
Make corrections survive the next update
Trust depends on what happens behind the guide. Researched corrections are applied through a durable data layer so a new data build cannot silently overwrite them. Source checks cover venue facts and practical recommendations, including renamed or closed businesses.
Future and temporary venues need a different kind of care. Their pages remain discoverable, while availability rules keep destinations that are not yet open out of current trip suggestions and completion totals. Accuracy is an ongoing product responsibility.
The September 2026 reliability work strengthened stamp and visit-date preservation, synchronization between browser tabs, saved location filters, and consistency between route results and exported stops. Stamps remain stored in the visitor's browser; cloud synchronization is not enabled.
Measurement now includes venue engagement and the route-planning funnel. That gives the next round of improvements a clearer basis: where people explore, where planning stalls, and which actions they complete.
